Alexandra Lysakov

Alexandra was born and raised in Moscow, coming to know the Lord through the high school ministry of Moscow Bible Church in 2000. Upon graduating from high school, she attended one of the most prestigious universities in Russia, the Higher School of Economics, graduating with a master’s in economics and financial markets in 2009.  That same year she went on to complete a second master’s program in macroeconomics at Sorbonne University in Paris, France.

Alexandra subsequently worked as an auditor at Ernst and Young in Moscow and served as the senior analyst for PS Bank, one of the premier banks in Russia.  She and Constantin were married in 2012.

In 2016 she left the professional world to direct the mercy outreach ministry at Moscow Bible Church. Alexandra successfully organized teams of volunteers to serve at various hospitals in Moscow, pioneering an “Around the World” program that provides much-needed relief to little patients and their parents undergoing lengthy treatments. Alexandra also started a ministry to a nursing home located about two hours away from Moscow. Furthermore, she organized and launched “Run with a Purpose,” which helped various nonprofit foundations raise millions of rubles for their work. Besides these initiatives, Alexandra put together several large-scale fundraising events that included events like a Christmas and Easter fundraising market. 

In 2019 Alexandra opened the “Deeper Than Words” foundation that raises funds for various nonprofits in Moscow. Since 2022, “Deeper Than Words” has been instrumental in raising funds and delivering humanitarian aid to the war-torn cities of the Donbass region. In 2026 Alexandra became the director of "Detskiy Mir" charitable foundation which is currently one of the top five largest corporate charitable foundations in Russia.

Alexandra serves as the Director of Mercy Outreach Ministries at Moscow Bible Church, along with her husband, Constantin, who serves as the Lead Pastor.
